IPS DISPLAY

The capacitive IPS multi-touch display comes with sharp, crystal clear imaging. The picture quality is fantastic from virtually every angle. Photos are saturated vivid and colorful.
The IPS display technology provides more stability in case of touch events, so it is particularly useful in touch-enabled devices.
 

NAVIGATION AND GPS

The device has a built-in GPS receiver, so using navigation applications is an effortless experiment. You can use the free Google Maps navigation application on your device, but this requires continous data transfer and internet connection.
However you can also use the offline Sygic GPS Navigation application, which provides maps for 45 countries of Europe. This means there will be no more roaming fees, and no need to have mobile internet connection. Learn more about the Sygic GPS navigation application.

ANDROID 4.4 KITKAT AND GOOGLE SERVICES

The xTAB 7Q GPS runs Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, and it shows the new features of the system.
Use the Google Play store to pick and choose from hundreds of thousands applications, from which a significant proportion is free. You can use the full set of Google applications and services: Google Maps, GMail, Google Chrome, Google Translate, Google Drive, Google+, Blogger, Youtube, Hangouts.

The Android 4.4 system provides fully customizable, clean user interface. The free Google QuickOffice application enables the device to use office documents (PDF, Word, Excel, Powerpoint). This possibility and the pre-installed E-mail and GMail clients with the Wi-Fi connectivity transforms your device into a real portable office.

New features of the system: new HoloUI user interface, new, „Roboto Condensed” font, transparent black background, white indicator icons on the notification bar, enlarged icons, accessibility of widgets from the home screen, new lock screen, new E-mai and Download application, Integrated alternative „ART” runtime, reworked memory handling (occasionally lower memory consumption), extended developer options, Cloud Print integration.
 

MULTIMEDIA IN ALL AMOUNTS

xTAB 7Q GPS easily copes with FullHD video playback. With the help of system wide integrated wireless display option, you can send your content to Miracast-compatible displays, or HDMI dongles. The HDMI output can be used to connect the tablet PC to a monitor or a television. The built-in FM radio and the music player makes the audio listening options complete.

DATA TRANSFER OPTIONS

The integrated Wi-Fi module is capable of sharing the content of the screen (Miracast). The xTAB 7Q GPS also includes the newest Bluetooth v4 standard. The USB 2.0 port supports high speed data transfer, and the USB OTG function is also available, which means that external devices (USB flash drive, mouse, keyboard, etc.) can be connected to the device.
